A new Starbucks card is about to become a thing, but it’s not a revolutionary one.
It’s just the next step in a long line of changes for the world’s biggest coffee chain.

It can’t take credit cards.
There’s no limit to how many Starbucks cards a person can have, but Starbucks says they can’t accept a credit card to pay for items like drinks, purchases, or the like.2.
It has no limit on how much money you can buy per year.
It limits purchases to $250 a year, and you can only earn 1,000 points for each $1 spent.3.
It offers no bonuses.
You can only use up to 50,000 Starbucks points per calendar year.4.
You have to have a Starbucks card to get the card.
If you don’t have one, you can’t use the card to buy a gift card.5.
There is no limit for how many people you can bring into the store.
If your spouse is a member of the same household as you, you may be able to bring in one more person for free.6.
You don’t get to redeem rewards.
You’ll have to redeem your points for other rewards, like Starbucks Club Rewards points.
That’s not to say the card won’t reward you for loyalty, as long as it’s worth it.7.
The card is $75 a year.
That sounds pretty good, but if you buy a lot of Starbucks points and want to redeem them, you’ll be able spend up to $1,500 a year in rewards.8.
You get unlimited free shipping and handling for purchases of up to 25,000 a year and can pay online using the card instead of the phone or the mail.9.
There are no annual fee.
The credit card is a one-time fee, which means you can use it once every 12 months, and it’s free for a year if you have at least $75,000 in credit card debt.10.
It comes with no limits on purchases.
You’re not limited to the 50,,000 total points you can earn.
You may have up to five cards with that much points, and each card can be used for purchases up to a certain amount of points per year, per card.
You won’t get an additional $1 for every $1 you spend.11.
You pay $75 monthly on top of the regular fee for two years.
If it doesn’t make you happy, you don-t have to pay it.
