What you need to know about tattoo shops

Posted July 13, 2018 08:30:42Tattoos are a part of our everyday lives.

We use them to make a statement or express ourselves.

We choose the style that best reflects our personality, or to help us feel confident.

In a country where tattoos are so often the source of stigma and shame, you might think we would have more to be concerned about.

But in a new report by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, the number of tattoos has risen by 20 per cent in just four years.

And it’s not just tattoos that are on the rise.

In an effort to encourage tattoo use, the Government recently announced a pilot program to make it easier for people to get a tattoo, even if they don’t want to.

“If you’re considering getting a tattoo or a piercing, the first thing to do is understand that you can’t just get it off and go home,” Dr Mark Williams, from the Health and Wellbeing Research Centre at ANU, said.

“You need to get it tattooed.

If you’re not sure about that, ask a tattoo artist, ask someone who has had a tattoo and you’ll find a lot of people who have had a very good experience with their first tattoo.”

Tattoo artists will tell you the key is getting a good tattoo.

But Dr Williams said the key to success was communication.

“The tattoo industry is a very private and very secretive industry.

It’s not the same as the media, it’s very much a matter of trust.”

It’s all about people telling you their story.

“In this video, a young woman is told about the tattoo industry and her decision to have one.
